We are searching for a part-time to full-time Studio Manager who is compelled by our mission and wants to join forces with our team.

// About the Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-focused, lover-of-all-humanity to serve our team and our clients in managing our physical headquarters in Chattanooga, TN. Our Studio Manager will be a champion of office culture, will organize meetings, office logistics, catering, handle the phones (OK, honestly they don't ring that often), and more. Our dream is that our team and our clients consider their experience at the Whiteboard HQ to be the one of the most servant-oriented experiences they encounter, and our Studio Manager will hold this responsibility near and dear to their heart. (Imagine yourself walking around our office at various parts of the day asking if any of our team would like a coffee, snack, etc...)


The ideal Studio Manager will:

  • Work a consistent schedule that will likely start in the early AM (our goal is for the Studio Manager to have the coffee made when the first team member gets to the office, usually around 8AM)

If you're interested in the field of digital creativity, this role could provide great exposure into the inner workings of a digital creative agency. If you're currently on the learning journey of a creative career (strategy, design, engineering, etc.), and you possess the characteristics of servanthood explained above, this could be a great opportunity to spend your time around others in the industry while you engage your educational pathway.

While we currently intend this position to be part time (mornings), we are also currently looking to expand our capacity in billing and receivables management, so if you have experience in that area of work, we will explore a hybrid role that balances both roles and could lead to a full-time position.


How this process goes:

  • After an on-site visit, Whiteboard will convene and make a determination on whether or not we see a fit. You will receive a clear answer within a week after the on-site visit has completed.
  • The whole process should take less than 3 weeks to complete, unless there is a specific reason for it to take longer. If something keeps it from progressing, we will communicate that to you along the way.
